The Succubus Civil War

Entering the northernmost land, the Norden region, you find the Succubus tribe locked in conflict. It seems an internal struggle has broken out among the tribe, with Feminel also somehow involved…!?

Head to the northern region known as the Norden Region.

There are two routes: one from the Kuruiro Region (Hyan side) and another from the Radflorud Region (Moke-Mofmo side).

Whichever route you take, there will be no issues with story progression, and the difficulty will not change.

If you go via the Kuruiro Region, you will pass through Norden Checkpoint - West Side, and if you go via the Radflorud Region, you will pass through Norden Checkpoint - East Side.

You cannot pass through the west side checkpoint unless you have cleared the main quest “Neighbors with Wings”, and you cannot pass through the east side checkpoint unless you have cleared the main quest “The Forest and the Ruins”, so be careful.

Although it is technically possible to proceed with only one of the main quests cleared, the upcoming main quests will require the other one to be completed, so it is strongly recommended to clear both before continuing.

Furthermore, from the Norden Region onward, the difficulty is balanced assuming both “The Forest and the Ruins” and “Neighbors with Wings” have been cleared, so it remains advisable to clear both quests before proceeding.

If possible, crafting iron armor or preferably mythril armor will greatly ease the progression. Try to prepare as early as possible.

After passing through the Norden Checkpoint, an event will occur involving a clash between the Succubus regular army and the rebellion forces.

You must defeat 2 regular army units or 2 rebel units.

The outcome does not affect the story progression.

Also, if you stay slightly away and observe the battle, it often resolves itself.

Follow the paved road as a landmark, and an event will occur on the Loekyusa Road, starting the main quest “The Succubus Civil War.”

1. Help the attacked succubus

As you approach the succubi, a battle will begin against 1 orc and 2 giant goblins.

Defeat the three enemies.

2. Enter the town of Loekyusa

Investigate the large door in the center.

3-1. Gather four reinforcements for the regular army

First, go to the Outskirts of Loekyusa Road, slightly southeast.

There’s a rest hut with a save point and bed; using this as your base is recommended.

3-2. Help Steen repair weapons

Inside the other building in the Outskirts of Loekyusa Road, talk to Steen at the blacksmith hut.

Head west along Loekyusa Road, follow the paved path west to Duedi Path, then leave the paved path and enter Cliffcan Alley - North to find the Zelzam Mine.

Inside the mine, a battle occurs with 1 imp and 1 orc.

Wild slimes also appear here, which can intensify battles. Be careful not to get surrounded and defeat the imp and orc.

After defeating both, the imp drops Zelzam Ore, so pick it up.

Sometimes the drop item is hard to see because it overlaps with other objects or fallen characters. If your character says something like “I should pick up the ore,” then it’s definitely there, so search thoroughly even if you can’t see it.

Return the way you came and talk to Steen at the blacksmith hut.

3-3. Bring Silke to Turdi

Enter Duedi Path - South Main Road, slightly southwest of Loekyusa Road, and talk to the succubus Turdi.

Go east on Loekyusa Road to Loekyusa Road - East.

If you’re lucky, you’ll find the succubus Silke at the far right of the map. Talk to or attack her to progress the event.

If she’s not there, go in and out of the north entrance (Norden Main Road) until Silke appears at the far right of Loekyusa Road - East.

Once Silke appears, she will be visible on the screen, so you'll know right away.

After Silke runs away, follow the paved road east to Austen North-South Road.

There is a door in the northeast that connects to Austen North-South Road - Outskirts. Enter to battle 1 imp and 1 slime.

While carrying Silke, return along the paved road to Turdi at Duedi Path - South Main Road.

3-4. Encourage Feil

Go west from Loekyusa Road, then north (northeast side) at the Kukuraust Intersection to reach Harmer Path - Deep Trail.

Talk to Feil, then battle 2 orcs.

After defeating them, continue southwest. Go through Harmer Path → Cliffcan Alley - North → Duedi Path → Kubowhen Alley to trigger an event.

Approach Feil and the imps to battle 2 imps.

Defeat the imps, and while carrying Feil, return the way you came to Harmer Path - Deep Trail.

Approach the statue while still carrying Feil to progress the event.

Go to Loekyusa Road and talk to Theresia, then return to Harmer Path - Deep Trail and approach Feil again.

You’ll battle 1 Succubus Rebel and 2 orcs. Defeat them all.

3-5. Eliminate the rebel forces outside the town with Meike

Go east along Loekyusa Road, enter Loekyusa Road - East, and then go south to Gubreukl Path - South.

There, Meike is battling 1 rebel and 1 imp.

Whether or not you participate in the battle, the event progresses once the two enemies are defeated.

There are 4 maps where rebels appear:

  • Austen North-South Road
  • Norden Main Road - South
  • Kukuraust Intersection
  • Harmer Path

Defeat the enemies on these maps. On the 4th map, 2 rebel reinforcements will appear—defeat them too.

You must defeat the rebels that trigger an automatic dialogue event when you enter the map.

A dialogue event will also trigger upon defeating them, so you don’t need to randomly fight every enemy.

Although the quests were handled one-by-one until now to avoid confusion, it is fine to proceed with all 4 (4 people) in parallel.

Once Meike’s quest is complete, a save point will appear on the far left of Harmer Path, so use it if needed.

4. Speak to Agnes

Head to the Roekyusa Highway and speak to Agnes to trigger a battle in the “Roekyusa Residential Area - South” against 4 Rebellion soldiers.

With Fail and Meike as allies, use their support to divide enemy aggro and fight strategically.

Defeat all enemies to unlock access to facilities in the Roekyusa Residential Area.
