After helping an elf attacked by a slime, I decided to visit a doctor on the outskirts of the village...

Side Quest Prerequisites

Main Quest: "The Beginning of Everything" must be completed.

Side Quest Activation Conditions

Defeat the two Giant Slimes in Eternel Cave to trigger the quest.

Head to Fleur Plains from the Back Alley of Elphonia and enter Eternel Cave. In the middle area, you'll find a kneeling Elf and two Giant Slimes.

Defeat both Giant Slimes.

1. Give the healing potion to the collapsed elf.

If you have a Healing Potion, a prompt will appear asking if you want to give it.

If you don't have one, buy it from a shop and return to Eternel Cave to speak with the collapsed Elf, Berute.

If you choose not to give the potion, you will gain the option to sex Berute.

Give her the Healing Potion.

2. Carry the injured elf to the clinic.

Carry Berute and enter the Clinic in Elphonia.
Talk to the Elf near the entrance.

3. Visit the doctor located beyond the Medusan Bridge.

Proceed through Eternel Cave and cross Medusan Bridge. Beyond it is Vilma’s House.

Upon entering, you’ll battle an Orc.
Defeat the Orc to make it drop a Torn Recipe as it escapes.

4. Search for the torn recipe.

From the far left of the Residential Area in Elphonia, enter Elphonia Vacant Lot.

Among the cluttered wooden crates, destroy the top-left crate to reveal an Orc disguised as an Elf — initiating battle.
Alternatively, attacking the Elf directly will reveal its Orc form and trigger battle.

Defeat the Orc to obtain the Vitality Tonic Recipe.

5. Show the recipe to Gislette.

Go to Elphonia Shop and ask Gislet to synthesize the item.
You will now be able to craft Vitality Elixir.

6. Take the vitality potion to the clinic.

Craft the tonic via synthesis at a shop or station.

Required Materials:

• Slime Liver ×1
• Tsumake Mushroom ×1
• 30 Gold

After crafting it, head to the 2nd floor of the Clinic and speak to the Elf.

This completes the side quest:“Secret Recipe”.
