Past Feuds

The beastfolk and the elves are on the verge of attacking the Dark Elf village, Elfonoir. Though two individuals watching from afar wish for harmony between the Dark Elves and the beastfolk...

Side Quest Prerequisites

Main Quest: “The Village Where Elves Live” must be completed.

Side Quest Activation Conditions

Speak to the group of characters gathered at “North Noto River” in the Radflorud region to trigger the quest.

1-1. Explore the Surroundings.

Examine the large gate to trigger an event.

The quest will also progress if you speak to either of the two characters to the left of the gate without examining it.

1-2. Speak with the duo near Elfonoir.

Speak to either of the two characters standing to the left of the large gate.

2. Go to the Hideout by the Noto River.

From “North Noto River,” head to “South Noto River” where you’ll encounter an elf and a beastfolk. Approach them to trigger a battle.

Defeat the elf and beastfolk.

Then proceed to “West Noto River” and speak to either character at the “Hidden Cabin.”

3-1. Obtain three Specialty Carrots.

(3). Visit the beastfolk village to learn about them.

(3). Resolve the disturbance in Moke Mofumo.

These two tasks are to verify if you’ve completed the main quest “The Forest and the Ruins.”

Progress will continue if you have already cleared “The Forest, the Ruins, and the Beastfolk.”

In the “Fys River – Field” south of “Briya Pond, Noto River,” attack the carrot objects to obtain “Specialty Carrots” randomly. Collect at least 3.

Even if you already have 3 or more Specialty Carrots, you must collect at least one more in the field to trigger progress.

4-1. Receive a letter from Chief Helvi of Moke Mofumo.

Go to the Moke-Mofmo Chieftain's House and talk to Helvi to receive the “Letter of Friendship.”

4-2. Deliver the "Letter of Friendship" to Marion or Svea.

Speak to either Marion or Svea in the Hidden Cabin at West Noto River.

5. Approach Marion or Svea and head to Elfonoir.

Talking to either one will lead to entering Elphonor. You won’t be able to leave the village until the quest is complete, so be sure to save beforehand if needed.

6-1. Open the Main Gate

6-2. Rescue the Captured Fairy and obtain the Key

Upon exiting the room, battle a Dark Elf.

Go to “1F Main Entrance,” then head up to the second floor.

On the far left side of the 2nd floor, proceed through “Small Room A” into the “Soldiers’ Quarters,” and defeat two Dark Elves to obtain the “Chieftain’s Back Door Key.”

Exit the room, return to “1F Main Entrance,” and go to the “1F Back Door.” Use the key to open “Elphonor Back Door.”

Examine the well to access the “Underground Passage.” Inside a chest, obtain the “Map of Elphonor.”

Continue on to “Back of the Storage Room,” examine the suspicious section of wall, and enter to find the “Chieftain’s Front Door Key.”

6-3. Open the Front Entrance

Return the way you came to “1F Main Entrance” and examine the “Elphonor Main Gate Street” to open the gate.

6-4. Mediate the Conflict

Approach two Dark Elves to trigger a battle. Defeat them and follow the event flow, then engage in an H-scene with the fallen Dark Elves.

Four Dark Elves, two Elves, and two Beastfolk appear, leading to an all-out brawl.

Defeat all 8 to complete the side quest “Feud Between the Dark Elves and the Beastfolk.”

You may be targeted, but generally the others will fight each other. Observe the fight and pick off weakened or isolated enemies.

After completing the quest, visit the house on the far right of “Elphonor Main Gate Street” to find Marion and Svea. Talking to them will allow you to invite them to the house you built.
