• Change the file decompression software.
• Stop your anti-virus software (Norton, etc.)
• Download and decompress the files again.
• Remove the gamepad and start it up.

Saved data is stored in the following locations for each OS.

For Windows

C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Local\TwoHorns

Type %AppData% in the lower left search box to open the AppData folder.

For Mac

【Windows】ゲームが起動できない

ノートンセキュリティなど、セキュリティソフトが原因でゲームが起動できない場合が多く発生しています。起動する前にセキュリティソフトをオフにしていただくか、ゲームのフォルダをセキュリティソフトで除外設定していただくと、正常に起動するようになります。

除外設定の方法（ノートンセキュリティの場合）

1. ノートンセキュリティを開きます。
2. 「設定」をクリックします。
3. ［設定］ウィンドウで、［ウイルス対策］をクリックします。
4. ［スキャンとリスク］タブで、［除外／低危険度］［スキャンから除外する項目］の横の［設定］をクリックします。
5. ［スキャンの除外］ウィンドウで、［フォルダを追加する］をクリックします。
6. ゲームが入っているフォルダを選択し、追加してください。

【Windows】I can’t find the EXE file.

When extracting a compressed file, the executable file may be deleted by security software. Please temporarily turn off the security software, and then download and extract the file again.

【Windows】「ファイルにウィルスまたは望ましくない可能性のあるソフトウェアが含まれているため、操作は正常に完了しませんでした。」と表示される

1. Windows Defender セキュリティセンター を起動する。
2. 「ウイルスと脅威の防止」をクリックし、「ウイルスと脅威の防止の設定」を選択する。
3. 除外の追加または削除 を選択し、ゲームのフォルダーを追加する。

【Windows Mac】The screen does not appear after startup, or the display is wrong.

Some PC and display combinations may display incorrectly when in full screen mode. You can start the program in windowed mode by following the instructions below.

1. After launching the game, press the “P” key without doing any operation.
2. The game will close and you will have to restart the game.
3. Change the screen size from the configuration screen to the appropriate one. (Do not set it to full screen.)

【Windows】The game crashes.

I have received reports that crashes occur when the gamepad is incompatible with the PC. Disconnecting the gamepad may help.

If you are using security software, please turn it off or exclude the application folder.

【Mac】「開発元が未確認のため開ません。」と表示され起動できない

アプリケーションをダブルクリックすると以下の表示が出る場合は、アプリケーションを右クリック>開く を選択していただくと、開くボタンが表示され起動することができるようになります。
